In 2010 Animale appointed renowned French designer Gil Bert to the helm. With his highly developed eye and understanding of the Animale woman, Gil Bert produces a collection many boutiques report as their no.1 seller and must-have collection.

Animale was created by Jacques Ruc in St. Tropez France in the 1970’s. Known for his innate French design aesthetic Jacques brought the best of French design to its manufacturing base in Bali, Indonesia. Having spent 30 years in the fashion industry Jacques’ design aesthetic brings the best of both of these unique worlds together to showcase an enduring international style with substance at a reasonable price.

Designed in France, and manufactured in state of the art facilities in Bali, see Animale employing over 3000 people.
Utilising its stylish modern head office, staff enjoy a high standard of workplace with spaces designed to withstand the tropical climate. State of the art manufacturing equipment, showrooms and offices are housed in large, high ceilinged spaces, fans and air conditioning.
With a manager ratio of 1:15, Animale also ensures strict quality control is maintained for its manufacturing operations and company head quarters.
